My Fave Makeup Products

Makeup products overwhelm me. There are always so many options, many colors and, even many more finishes. How am I supposed to know if I need a dewy or matte finish? I thought we weren’t supposed to look oily but dewy is in style? I am so confused, I don’t want anyone else to feel overwhelmed and I don’t want you guys to get scammed by needing to buy the most expensive products because you don’t know what to buy. The products I use are clean, affordable and go on sale often. I don’t have a ton of money to mess around with and waste on products that are disappointing so I thought I would do it for you. but I figured out a few makeup routines that work great and I will share them on here. These products, I have tried and tested. They are super fantastic and I can’t tell you if they are the hip products but they do what I need for sure!

These are some of my favorite beauty products that I had asked for for christmas. I love these and they are super efficient and effective!

First, Have a fantastic skin routine that you use daily (at least once a day, if you can). I created my skin care routine with my mother in law who is an esthetician and she has been such a blessing to me. We did multiple tries with different routines and using the products in different orders. Giving each process at least a month to work. Finally, we landed on the most amazing routine and I am in love. It is Environ’s Sebu Wash routine for acne prone skin. I use the sebu wash/clarifier, I use the sebu toner, the sebu oil, sebu lotion morning and night. I also have a masque I can use on a breakout on my face. I have also attached those products here. These are not cheap but if you interested in genuine working skincare this is it.

My makeup routine changes based on how my skin is reacting as well as what we are doing but I first want to go over the basic must haves with you. Here is my list:

  1. Shape Tape

  2. Alight Glow Wand

  3. L'Oréal lash primer

  4. sky high mascara

  5. blush

  6. bronzer

  7. highlighter

  8. eyeshadow palate

  9. finishing / setting spray

  10. Face primer

  11. Lipstick

I am also going to include products that I am saving up to get or try. I have definitely become much more of a beauty care person. Below, I have included a few graphics of what I use daily, what I use for special occasions, and what I would like to buy.
