Shoes can Change Everything
Growing up, I have always been drawn to fashion and style. I love putting different outfits together and trying fun styles. Shoes are such a fun accessorie and I didn’t want to have to give that up because of pain. So I found a way to have the best of both worlds.
It took me a good chunk of time to realize the impact that having good shoes can do. I struggle with impact pain intensely. Every step I take results in really bad pain resulting in pancreatitis attack pain. Over the last year I have been taking this pain a lot more seriously. I now do my best to wear shoes that make my steps feel better. I have also had time to try different shoe brands for different looks. When I did this I was able to find shoes that stay stylish and trendy without causing me to be in more pain later.
I am going to show some of my favorite shoes that make me stay healthy and comfortable while looking cute. i have a order of comfort. When I am in my worst pain that is usually when I wear my hoka’s or my cloud slides. As i get better my shoe selection grows. I usually reach for my toms with extra cushion, my dr.schols black shoes,
I did a ton of research on what the best shoe is for impact pain and consistently found that the top recommended for pain. Below you will find a list of the tops sneakers for pain.
